Remote Services: Remote Support Service is available for PC and Mac users with a high-speed broadband connection. We will establish a secure, one-time connection, to remotely control your monitor, mouse, and keyboard. Many issues can be resolved using remote support. During a support session, I will not be accessing any personal files, and will not be able to see your desktop background image. During the remote session, your desktop background image will not be visable, and will return after the remote session is finished.
